Six tools that you can use to convert web pages to PDF have been mentioned on the previous post but they are all online tools. Weeny Free HTML to PDF Converter is a converter software built for Windows that allows you to convert multiple web pages at once. Add all of the URLs into the task list, click on the convert button and wait until the job is done.
You can download the installer from the developer’s site.
One thing that you might not like is that the installer is integrated with some offers. Even I had to decline three offers before I could finally complete the installation.
I have to admit that being able to convert many web pages at once is pretty convenient, though. You can add URLs as well as HTML pages that you store locally.
The outputs are by default saved into “C:\My PDF” but of course you can change this if you want to. Each of the web pages will be converted individually. When the conversion is done, the destination folder will open by default so you can check the results right away. Or, you can set the program to show message only to let you know that all of the pages have been completely converted.
I tried to convert four URLs of this blog for the testing and the conversion was fast.
If you take a look at the screenshot below, you will see that the program turns Headings into bookmarks so that you can jump to each section quickly.
Images, links, navigations and contents are the elemets that are included in the conversion. Unfortunately, the program doesn’t insert the URL of the original source into the document. It would be nicer to have such an option.
All in all, Weeny Free HTML to PDF Converter is a good tool to have whenever you need to convert a bunch of URLs simultaneously.
